How much are current HOA fees?
Currently fees range from $240 per month for units with patios to $250 per unit with sunrooms.
Are golfcarts allowed in the village?
Yes they are. They must be street legal, lights, turn signals, horn etc. and be registered and inspected with the village for a fee of $25 per year.
What is the occupancy limit for the Clubhouse?
No more than fifty people.
What is the occupancy limit for the Swimming Pool?
No more than forty people.
Are there many stairs in the Villas?
No. The only stairs are in the few two story
units. There aren't stairs in and out of units, everything is on one level.
